The vessel is a fully fitted for the transport and handling of dry cement in bulk. The cargo handling system is designed for loading & unloading the vessel mechanically or pneumatically. The vessel's total hold space is divided into four cargo holds & one pump room. Each hold is then further divided by a centerline bulkhead into a port and starboard compartment. The ship is designed to carry several grades of cement, but only one grade can be discharged at a time. Listed consumption during pneumatic discharging is for a 2 line terminal with receiving capacity up to 300 mt/hr pr line. All surplus air from the cargo holds both during loading & unloading, is evacuated by means of dust collectors installed on deck. Note each 8 cargo holds are equipped with one dust collector & Filter fan with capacity of 120 cbm/min.
